The Granbury – A Clayton Park Condominium.
For the past 3 years I’ve kept a tally of the top 5 selling condos in
Halifax. I tracked in which building or series of buildings there
has been the most amount of condos sold for the last year running.
I have mainly kept a total for investors so as to aid the purchase
of condos in the Halifax area.
The Granbury has topped the list for 3 yrs running. -A Clayton
Park condominium. The owners are renovating the whole
building starting on the 12th floor and doing a bang up job I
must say. The finished product is something
you would expect in a high end – new construction building. The
granite counter tops ,the crown Mouldings and the finishes are
producing a fine end product. There are incredible views
on the waters side of the Bedford Basin and Fairview Cove
container pier.It has one of the better views in a Clayton Park
condominium.

2 high speed elevators wisk you up to your floor. There is ample
outdoor parking for all except the larger units.
I sold a penthouse in there and the management went beyond the call
of duty on several occasions. Whether you’re looking for a 1 bedroom or
a 2 bedroom – The Granbury is still getting my 2 thumbs up for a condo
in Halifax. – A Clayton Park condominium.
My opinion is, you are buying a condo in Halifax , The Granbury
is as good a bet as any.
