Halifax condo listings.
I checked the last 3 years for average sales for the first 2 weeks in
January and 9 condo sales turned out to be the norm.
256 active Halifax condo listings we have which is low.
We normally have 300-350 actives
The pendings are at 33! With one SOPP (Sale of Purchasers Prop)
I might add. The ratio of pendings to actives is 12.9 %! Which is
extremly high!
All of this combined with the fact that we have seen little come on
the market since mid December points toward a sellers market!
Now is as good a time as there ever has been to put your condo on the market.
